I’ve lived in the Tampa area since 2011, but my path to real estate was driven by a very specific goal: a desire to help people in a truly meaningful way.
Before becoming a real estate consultant, I spent years as a paralegal and legal assistant. I was drawn to that world by a desire to advocate for others and help people reach fair solutions, but I eventually realized I wanted to be on the front lines of life's major transitions. My goal was to have a more direct effect on favorable outcomes and, most importantly, minimize the stress people feel during these large decisions. I want to be the person who brings a sense of order and calm to what can often be an overwhelming experience.
My approach is rooted in two core beliefs: "Focus on the plan, not the problem" and empower people with the knowledge to make an informed choice. Real estate transactions are complex puzzles, and I genuinely enjoy the privilege of bringing clarity to them. Whether I’m workshopping numbers to ensure a seller nets what they need, working with a buyer to understand how they can get on the path to homeownership or negotiating a win-win solution, my goal is to anticipate and get ahead of potential issues. I want my clients to be free to focus on their goals, not the hurdles.
I am a firm believer in empowering you with information so you can make an informed decision - whatever that decision may be. I’ve never believed in high-pressure tactics; instead, I see myself as a reliable source of truth and a calm guide. My priority is to give you clarity, even if that means concluding that a move doesn’t make sense for your goals right now.

Outside the Office
When I’m not navigating the details of a contract, I’m leaning into the love of the haven I’ve created at home. I love curling up with a good book and a perfect cup of coffee, or working on an art project with one of my favorite rewatchable TV shows in the background. I understand the value of a home that serves as a true retreat because I value my own sanctuary just as much.
